We deliver Carrot House jewellery across India. Here is how ordering, payment and delivery work, so you know exactly what to expect.
How to place an order
We take orders on WhatsApp, so a real person confirms every order with you. Add the pieces you love to your bag and tap checkout, or tap Buy now on any piece. WhatsApp opens with your order already written out.
- Send us the pre-filled message on WhatsApp.
- We confirm availability, your delivery address and the total amount.
- We share the payment options with you in the same chat.
- Once your order is confirmed, we pack it by hand and dispatch it.
There is no online payment on this website, and we never ask for card details here. Your order is confirmed only once we have agreed it with you on WhatsApp.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above
- A flat ₹79 on orders below ₹999
All prices are in Indian rupees and include taxes. The shipping charge, if any, is shown in your bag and in your WhatsApp order before you confirm.
Dispatch and delivery
We dispatch orders within 48 hours of confirmation. Delivery time depends on your location. Once your order is on its way, we will share the shipping details with you on WhatsApp.
We currently deliver within India only.
Your address
Please check your name, address, PIN code and phone number carefully before confirming. If anything needs to change, please message us as soon as possible. We can update the address only until the order is dispatched.
If your parcel arrives damaged
Please record an unboxing video and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our returns policy explains the steps.
